On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure and honor to warmly invite you to participate in the XI International Symposium on Plant Senescence (ISPS2026), which will be held in Beijing, China, from October 11th to 14th, 2026.

Plant senescence is a fundamental developmental process that regulates flowering, yield formation, stress responses, and postharvest quality. It represents a tightly controlled phase of plant life involving complex genetic and hormonal networks. Significant progress has been made in understanding senescence regulation, including transcriptional control, hormone signaling, autophagy, programmed cell death, and stress adaptation mechanisms.

ISPS2026 aims to provide an international platform for researchers to exchange cutting-edge discoveries and foster collaboration. Topics will include molecular mechanisms, hormonal regulation, stress-induced senescence, and postharvest physiology.

We sincerely hope this meeting will inspire new ideas and strengthen global collaboration in plant science.
